Job Description

Managing communication between banks and their clients is what our Commercial Advisor colleagues do best. You’ll be an expert in how financial institutions deliver value, providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You’ll be cordial and deliver top-tier service to both internal and external clients. No one understands the needs and wants of banking customers better; you’ll be able to identify their needs and offer suitable financial solutions with ease. Handling complex tasks without difficulty is crucial so you can promote digital banking services, hit deadlines, and build a portfolio of satisfied accounts.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • Experience: entry level to 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch & French (required), English is a plus

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process starts with a pre-screening, where the recruiter reviews candidates' qualifications and initial fit for the role. Next, in the first interview, candidates engage in a more detailed conversation to assess their skills and experience. This is followed by an assessment phase, where technical and role-specific evaluations take place. After this, the company makes a contract proposal if the candidate is considered suitable. A second interview is then conducted to confirm the final alignment between the candidate and the team. Finally, upon agreement, the candidate proceeds to sign the contract, officially joining the company.
