Senior Functional Analyst

We are actively looking for Senior Functional Analyst (min. 7 years experience) to join a dynamic team that values public service innovation and collaborates effectively with diverse user groups.
Tasks:
- Developing strong and long-term relationships with stakeholders (business and project stakeholders, team managers and partners);
- Perform functional analysis to detect and define user needs;
- Translating requirements into business solutions by creating functional analysis and application designs;
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers on the preparation of IT projects;
- Testing and evaluating the results of the IT applications and ensuring that they meet the requirements of the organization;
- Working with the architect, developers and testers, draw up the plan for implementing, creating and adapting the applications required by the customer;
- Build technical documentation as guidance for the development team (developers and testers).
Profile:
- Proven functional and business analysis skills with a strong ability to abstract and synthesize complex information;
- Have a good knowledge of Business Process Modelling and of Functional Analysis;
- Able to clearly describe the desired and existing processes (incl. methodology and precipitation of the description): Functional Architecture, Use Cases, Data Model, Functional Requirements;
- Solid understanding of technical ecosystems and development methodologies (e.g., J2EE, Java 8, Oracle, Hibernate, JUnit, Selenium, Maven, GIT, JIRA);
- Have at least a basic understanding of testing methodologies and development through Agile;
- Have experience leading workshops and supporting management of an MVP;
- Very good knowledge of English with a good level in Dutch or French;
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, scrum master experience as a plus.
