Senior Functional Analyst

Your Job Successfully advise on strategical ambitions, solve transformation challenges, manage impactful projects and deliver solutions related to the current market issues faced by our clients, such as energy transition, digital mutation or regulatory obligations. As a Functional Analyst, you will also: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements. Lead and facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and document business processes and user stories. Design and validate functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to change management and training activities. Continuously monitor and improve existing processes and solutions to maximize business value. Your Background You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements. You have proven experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, or solution design. You are comfortable acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You are structured, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering value. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, either in consulting or within an organization. Nice to Have You are familiar with modeling and documentation tools (UML, BPMN, Visio, Sparx, ARIS...). You have knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI...) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Bizagi...). You have an interest in or experience with the energy, transport, or public services sectors. You are passionate about digital transformation, process optimization, and business innovation.
