Field Sales Account Manager, Belgium – New Business | Dutch & French speaking (M/F/X) Location: Belgium (hybrid, field‑based) — office: Jette, Brussels Travel: Regular travel across Flanders, Wallonia & Brussels About Climalife (Dehon Group) in Belgium Climalife Belgium supplies refrigerants and technical fluids and provides technical expertise and tailored solutions for cooling, air‑conditioning and heating systems. The company supports industrial and commercial clients with eco‑efficient chemical solutions backed by an international group. The Role We are recruiting a Field Sales Account Manager to drive new business development across Belgium while managing a focused customer portfolio. In this role, you will prospect, visit, negotiate and close deals with customers in industrial and commercial environments, working closely with Customer Service, Technical, Marketing and Quality teams. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute a structured territory plan with regular customer and prospect visits Drive new business development across the Belgian market Qualify customer needs and recommend products and services from the Climalife portfolio Lead customer demos, visits and presentations as needed Prepare offers, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and follow up opportunities Respond to tenders in collaboration with Sales Management and internal support teams Track pipeline, input CRM updates, and provide regular sales reporting Monitor sales, margin, customer satisfaction and provide market feedback internally What You Bring Required 2–3+ years’ field sales experience, with a clear focus on new business development Strong commercial experience across both Flanders and Wallonia Fluency in Dutch and French, plus strong English Exposure to industrial, chemical, engineering or technical product environments Full sales‑cycle ownership (prospecting, visits, offers, negotiation, reporting) Desired Experience selling industrial, chemical or technical solutions Experience with technical visits, demos and tender processes Soft Skills Autonomous, resilient, solution‑oriented Creative, proactive and willing to learn Strong communication and listening abilities Organised, dynamic and customer‑focused Hiring Process Two to three stages: initial conversation, competency‑based interview, and an on‑site meeting in Brussels.
