Als Head of Project Engineering neem je de technische leiding over een team van project- en ontwerpingenieurs binnen een internationaal actief machinebouwbedrijf. Je start als Senior Project Engineer om de organisatie, producten en processen grondig te leren kennen, met een duidelijk groeipad richting Head of Project Engineering binnen het eerste jaar. Wat ga je doen Je stuurt een multidisciplinair engineeringteam aan en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en kwaliteitsnormen. Je coördineert complexe projecten van concept tot oplevering, bewaakt budget, timing en technische haalbaarheid. Je werkt nauw samen met sales en productie om klantvereisten te vertalen naar efficiënte technische oplossingen. Je analyseert technische risico's, bepaalt verbeterkansen en zet in op continue optimalisatie van processen en systemen. Je stimuleert innovatie binnen ontwerp en automatisering, en neemt initiatief in strategische verbetertrajecten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Technical Director en maakt deel uit van het operationeel managementteam. Wie ben je Je beschikt over een master of bachelor elektromechanica, mechatronica of gelijkwaardig. Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een projectmatige of leidinggevende functie binnen machinebouw of automatisering. Je combineert technisch inzicht met sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, behoudt overzicht en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits is een troef. Wat krijg je Bruto jaarsalaris tot €90.000, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
