Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de bescherming van vertrouwelijkheid, integriteit en beschikbaarheid van informatie in een toonaangevende verzekeringsgroep?


Als Chief IT Security Officer bij P&V Groep neem je het voortouw in het definiëren en implementeren van beveiligingsstrategieën en -oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende belanghebbenden om een veilige en veerkrachtige IT-omgeving te waarborgen in een dynamische en steeds veranderende digitale wereld.

Je taken
  1. Ontwikkeling en implementatie van beveiligingsstrategieën
    - Samenwerken met interne experts om een uitgebreid veiligheidsbeleid, richtlijnen en procedures te ontwikkelen.
    - Identificeren en evalueren van bedreigingen en deze vertalen naar strategische beveiligingsoplossingen die aansluiten bij de businessdoelen.
  2. Bescherming van IT-systemen en -omgevingen
    - Prioriteren van IT-beveiligingsinitiatieven en valideren van wijzigingen in IT-projecten vanuit een beveiligingsoogpunt.
    - Bijdragen aan het risicomanagementproces om de IT-omgevingen optimaal te beschermen.
  3. Bewustwording en training
    - Bewustzijn rond beveiligingsrisico’s vergroten door innovatieve awareness-campagnes en trainingen.
    - Adviseren van teams binnen P&V met actuele kennis van informatiebeveiligingstechnologieën.
  4. Compliance en monitoring
    - Reageren op beveiligingsincidenten en coördineren van onderzoeken naar inbreuken.
    - Implementeren van monitoring tools om beveiligingsinfrastructuren te controleren en te verbeteren.
  5. Externe relaties en marktontwikkelingen
    - Actief bijdragen aan externe werkgroepen en netwerken om kennis te delen en de beveiligingsmaturiteit van P&V continu te verbeteren.
    - Fungeren als ambassadeur van P&V bij partners en klanten.
  6. Regelgeving en audits
    - Zorgen dat P&V voldoet aan relevante wet- en regelgeving omtrent informatiestromen en beveiliging.
    - Ondersteunen van audits en onderhouden van relaties met Belgische overheidsinstanties, zoals de FSMA.
Je profiel
  • Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de verzekeringssector of een gerelateerd domein.
  • Diepgaande kennis van IT-beveiligingstechnologieën en -strategieën.
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden om diverse teams en projecten aan te sturen.
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen, met aandacht voor detail en precisie.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans, met een goede kennis van het Engels.
