The organisation employs ±150 people locally and scales through recurring revenue models. Finance works closely with leadership, product, and commercial teams to support growth, profitability, and long-term planning. It is a role for FP&A profiles or Finance Business Partners seeking strategic exposure, influence, and progression.What you will do as Finance Business PartnerPartner with management and business teams on planning cycles, performance reviews, and key decision momentsBuild and challenge financial forecasts, budgets, and scenarios to support growth and investment choicesAnalyse performance drivers such as revenue evolution, margins, and cost structures, translating data into clear recommendationsDevelop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that support a data-driven decision-making cultureHigh interaction. Strong business exposure.Who this Finance Business Partner role is for4 to 9 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic controllingMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldDutch is required; French and English are a strong plusThis role is centred on planning, analysis, and decision support in close collaboration with management and business teams.Offer€65,000 to €80,000 gross per year, aligned with strategic scope and impactA company car or mobility budget, adapted to commuting in and around BrusselsAn annual performance bonus, linked to company growth and your contributionMeal vouchers (€8 per day), group insurance, and hospitalisation insurance, providing financial stabilityHybrid working and flexible hours, fitting a modern software environmentDirect exposure to leadership and strategic initiatives, accelerating your development as a finance partnerInfluence on key business decisions, with visible impact on company performanceClear evolution potential, toward senior FP&A, Lead Business Partner, or broader finance leadership rolesThis is the kind of role where finance helps shape direction, not just measure outcomes.
