FP&A / Finance Business Partner | Strategic Partner in Software Growth

This position is based in Diegem, within a fast-growing international software company operating across several European markets. The organisation employs ±150 people locally and scales through recurring revenue models. Finance works closely with leadership, product, and commercial teams to support growth, profitability, and long-term planning. It is a role for FP&A profiles or Finance Business Partners seeking strategic exposure, influence, and progression. What you will do as Finance Business Partner Partner with management and business teams on planning cycles, performance reviews, and key decision moments Build and challenge financial forecasts, budgets, and scenarios to support growth and investment choices Analyse performance drivers such as revenue evolution, margins, and cost structures, translating data into clear recommendations Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that support a data-driven decision-making culture High interaction. Forward-looking focus. Strong business exposure. Who this Finance Business Partner role is for 4 to 9 years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or strategic controlling Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Dutch is required; French and English are a strong plus This role is centred on planning, analysis, and decision support in close collaboration with management and business teams.
