Strategic Buyer Lead As a Strategic Buyer Lead, you will contribute to the operationalization and implementation of procurement strategies within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing category plans that drive business value and align with our company's objectives. Job Responsibilities Develop strategic plans for Subcontracting, including tactical direction and goals for the category. Understand the subcontracting market, including industry trends, suppliers, contractors, and innovations. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration. Manage Framework Agreements with Subcontractors, ensuring compliance with procurement governance policies and processes. Requirements You have a Master's degree or equivalent by relevant experience. You have 5-10 years of professional experience in procurement. Experience with subcontracting is a must. You have excellent communication and influencing skills. You have expert procurement skills and knowledge: negotiation, contracting, financial and cost management, contracts, and purchase law.
