Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader ready to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic environment? We are currently looking for an HR Director Benelux to join a leading company. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the people agenda across the region and contributing to the business's continued growth and transformation. Your mission: As HR Director Benelux, you will : Define and implement the HR strategy, aligned with the global HR roadmap Lead and develop a team of local HR professionals Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related matters Support organizational change, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage relationships with social partners Oversee key HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development Your profile: A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles Proven track record in multi-site environments, international experience is an asset Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French & English Why join?
