Business Manager - Finance bij Intevu Bij Intevu krijg je de ruimte om écht het verschil te maken. Of je nu aan het begin van je commerciële carrière staat of al jaren ervaring hebt opgebouwd: wij creëren een groeipad dat aansluit bij jouw ambitie en talent. Als speler binnen de niche 'Human Resources' hebben we de voorbije jaren een mooie reputatie opgebouwd op het vlak van kwaliteit, persoonlijke aanpak en vakkennis. Nu zetten we een nieuwe, strategisch belangrijke stap: de oprichting van onze business unit 'Finance'. Voor deze uitbreiding zoeken we een Business Manager die mee vorm wil geven aan dit nieuwe hoofdstuk. Iemand die niet alleen commerciële flair heeft, maar ook ondernemingszin, visie en zin om iets te bouwen dat blijft. Wat ga je doen? Prospectie & leadgeneratie: je identificeert en benadert nieuwe klanten via telefoon, mail en LinkedIn. Relatieopbouw: je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, freelancers en partners en bouwt vertrouwen op. Screening van freelancers: je leert de juiste matches maken tussen talent en projecten. Netwerken: je gaat mee naar events en bouwt samen met je collega partnerships uit. Salesproces van A tot Z: naarmate je groeit, neem je meer ownership in onderhandelingen, opvolging en het beheren van je eigen klantenportefeuille. Of je nu instapt met beperkte ervaring, of als medior die sneller zelfstandig aan de slag wil: wij voorzien een begeleidingstraject op maat van jouw ervaring. Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel? Je bent een geboren netwerker met interesse in Finance én sales. We zoeken iemand die energie haalt uit mensen, relaties en groei — zowel bij klanten als bij zichzelf. 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in uitzendarbeid, commerciële rekrutering, sales of Finance-consultancy. Een commerciële drive, maar met een mensgerichte aanpak. Bachelor in HR, sales, marketing of bedrijfsmanagement (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands én Engels Communicatief sterk, overtuigend en niet bang om de telefoon te nemen. Leergierig, veerkrachtig en hands-on: je neemt initiatief en durft ondernemen.
