Uw missie

Als Business Development Manager bent u verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van de activiteiten van Rauwers SA in België. U identificeert nieuwe zakelijke kansen, bouwt strategische partnerschappen op en stimuleert de omzetgroei in onze kernsectoren.

Uw taken

Strategische bedrijfsontwikkeling

  • Marktanalyse en identificatie van nieuwe groeikansen.
  • Ontwikkeling en implementatie van een bedrijfsstrategie voor de Belgische markt.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met teams in België en Frankrijk om de lokale strategie af te stemmen op de wereldwijde visie van het bedrijf.

Verkoop & acquisitie

  • Identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten (publieke sector, gemeenten, privébedrijven).
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met belangrijke besluitvormers.
  • Opstellen en onderhandelen van offertes in samenwerking met interne teams.

Opbouwen van strategische partnerschappen

  • Ontwikkelen van samenwerkingen met belangrijke spelers (systemintegratoren, distributiepartners, overheden, enz.).
  • Vertegenwoordiging van Rauwers SA op vakbeurzen, conferenties en andere branche-evenementen.

Projectopvolging & rapportering

  • Zorgvuldige opvolging van zakelijke kansen en lopende projecten.
  • Regelmatige rapportering over activiteiten, verkooppipeline en resultaten.
  • Continu verbeteren van aanbiedingen en diensten op basis van marktfeedback.
Uw profiel

Ervaring:

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in business development, B2B-verkoop of key account management, bij voorkeur in mobiliteit, automotive, fleet management, veiligheid of technologische oplossingen.

Vaardigheden & kwalificaties:

  • Uitstekende onderhandelings- en overtuigingsvaardigheden.
  • Strategisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om marktkansen te identificeren.
  • Sterke communicatieve en netwerkkwaliteiten.
  • Zelfstandige werkhouding met een sterke teamgeest in een internationale omgeving.
  • Ervaring met complexe verkooptrajecten en overheidsaanbestedingen is een pluspunt.

  • Tweetalig Frans (verplicht)
  • Engels (plus punt)
