Jouw nieuwe rol Als Strategisch Analist speel je een sleutelrol binnen de afdeling Master Data & Operational Excellence. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van KPI's die inzicht geven in de prestaties van de spare parts business. Door middel van grondige analyses ondersteun je het management bij het nemen van strategische beslissingen en het optimaliseren van operationele processen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met Purchasing en Master Data, en draag je bij aan procesverbeteringen en datakwaliteit binnen de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Data Analyse & Reporting Opstellen en delen van dagelijkse en maandelijkse KPI‐rapporten m.b.t. delivery performance voor interne stakeholders. Analyseren van gaps en opportuniteiten door middel van metric‐estimaties, met focus op procesverbetering. Rapporteren van alle warehouse‐KPI's (medewerkersprestaties, machineperformantie, operationele kosten, logistiek). Samenwerken met de Business Unit Controller voor berekeningen van final sales en brutomarge per distributeur. Verantwoordelijk voor rapportage van Sales & SVM‐resultaten en koppeling van Hansei‐data voor toekomstige forecasts. Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van Business Plan en kwartaalprognoses voor Sales, marge en SVM. Ad‐hoc analyses uitvoeren met diverse rapporteringstools (Webi, Qlik, BO pivots, Excel). Optimaliseren van rapporteringsmethodes (macros, inhoud, nauwkeurigheid). Beheren en verbeteren van dashboards, incl. variantieanalyses. Actieve bijdrage leveren aan continue verbeteringen binnen operations via data‐gedreven inzichten. Procurement Support Ondersteunen van Purchasing Engineers in dagelijkse operationele taken. Up‐to‐date houden van leveranciersdata. Opvragen en analyseren van rapporten (Origin, MOQ, OLT, ...) en ondernemen van noodzakelijke acties. Operational Excellence Uitvoeren van database clean‐up acties. Verzamelen, analyseren en interpreteren van operationele data binnen de spare parts‐keten. Meewerken aan systeemoptimalisatie in samenwerking met IT en andere stakeholders. Master Data Fungeren als back‐up voor de Master Data Coordinator. Jouw profiel Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, nauwkeurig, logisch denkend en analytisch ingesteld. Goed georganiseerd, detailgericht, stressbestendig en in staat om zelfstandig prioriteiten te bepalen. Proactief, assertief en een echte teamplayer. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels (extra Europese talen zijn een plus). Sterke kennis van data‐analysetools (Excel, ERP‐systemen, Qlik, ...). Goed inzicht in datalogica en bedrijfsprocessen.
