Business Assistant

YS Advisors Belgium BV, a specialist legal firm based in Brussels, is looking for a Business Assistant to support our firm's operations. This is a part-time role (minimum 4 hours per day on three working days), with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice preparation and tracking incoming payments
- Business expense tracking and liaison with accountants
- Document creation, formatting, and management
- Maintaining templates and standard forms
- Managing IT issues with external support
- Handling LinkedIn updates and content sourcing
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in business administration
- Understanding of the legal services industry (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and responsiveness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- French and/or Dutch proficiency is a strong plus
