Het platform wordt door ziekenhuizen, verzekeraars en vervoersbedrijven gebruikt om ritten op een efficiënte manier aan te vragen, uit te voeren en te factureren. Door voortdurend te innoveren en te streven naar verbetering, draagt Triptomatic bij aan het optimaliseren van logistieke processen binnen de gezondheidszorg. Jouw rol Als Customer Success Specialist ben jij de regisseur van een naadloze klantervaring. Je coördineert en leidt het volledige implementatietraject van A tot Z en garandeert vervolgens deskundige eerstelijns support. Jouw expertise is cruciaal om klanten snel en vol vertrouwen maximaal rendement uit onze software te laten halen. Jouw taken Bieden van eerstelijns support via een ticketing systeem en online calls De brug vormen tussen de klant en het productteam: vragen omzetten in heldere probleemmeldingen en voorstellen uitwerken voor nieuwe functionaliteiten.
