We're working with a growing cleantech company responsible for developing practical solutions to reduce industrial carbon emissions at their source. They support industrial players in lowering their environmental footprint while maintaining operational performance. They're now actively looking for a Technical Project Manager to come and join their office in Louvain-la-NeuveYou will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex industrial projects related to carbon capture and emissions reduction. Acting as a central point of coordination, the Project Manager aligns customer requirements with technical solutions, manages internal and external stakeholders, and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. The position is suited to someone who enjoys anticipating challenges, structuring complexity, and driving projects forward in an evolving startup context.ResponsibilitiesLead project delivery from early commercial engagement through engineering, execution, and commissioningCoordinate closely with management, engineering teams, customers, and external partnersPlan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgetsEnsure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives throughout the project lifecycleOversee deployment activities at customer sites, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionIdentify opportunities to improve project execution methods and implement practical enhancementsContribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvementCreate and maintain clear project documentation, including plans, reports, and tracking toolsYour ProfileMaster's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline5–10 years of experience in process engineering or industrial project environments within the chemical, petrochemical, or related sectorsPrior exposure to project management roles or responsibilities is strongly preferredStrong understanding of industrial processes and equipmentProven ability to manage the execution of complex, multidisciplinary projectsKnowledge of industrial safety standards and risk management practicesExposure to carbon capture, CCUS, or decarbonisation projects is considered an advantageThe OfferUp to €6.5k for experienced candidates (interview process dependent)Full package including company car or mobility optionsChance to join a genuinely impactful & unique scale-upOpportunity for rapid promotions as they scaleNew site in Louvain-la-Neuve with the opportunity for hybrid work+12 ADV days
