Vacature: Customer Support Specialist te Mechelen Onze klant is een snelgroeiende start-up met een duidelijke missie: duurzame mobiliteit voor iedereen toegankelijk maken. Dankzij technologie, logistiek en een passie voor mobiliteit bouwen ze aan de grootste Europese marktplaats voor gereviseerde e-bikes. Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in België en Nederland en zorg je ervoor dat ze met een goed gevoel op hun fiets stappen. Jouw rol: Je bent de stem en oren. Je helpt klanten op weg, beantwoordt hun vragen en zoekt samen naar de beste oplossing. Daarbij denk je niet alleen mee met de klant, maar ook met het team: hoe kunnen we processen slimmer, sneller en beter maken? Wat je zoal doet: Klanten te woord staan via mail, telefoon en chat – vriendelijk en professioneel. Problemen en vragen analyseren en oplossen, eventueel samen met de logistieke en operationele teams. Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantbeleving, elk contactmoment weer. Administratieve opvolging van bestellingen en dossiers. Meedenken over verbeteringen en automatiseringen in de interne werking. Afstemmen met leveranciers en partners om de dienstverlening te versterken. Profiel: Je bent iemand met de juiste energie en drive om klanten blij te maken en zelf mee te groeien. Je hebt minimum een 3-tal jaren ervaring in klantenservice of een klantgerichte rol. Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel gesproken als geschreven. Je drukt je uitstekend uit in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast beschik je over een zeer goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte mindset en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je hebt zin om initiatief te nemen en dingen beter te maken. Je hebt interesse in duurzame mobiliteit of fietsen. Je beschikt over technisch inzicht. Ervaring met logistiek of operationele processen is een plus. Affiniteit met automatisering en procesverbetering is een pllus. Wat bieden wij jou? Vaste werkuren tussen 9u - 17u00 met een half uurtje middagpauze. 20 dagen verlof om vrij in te plannen. Na de inwerkperiode is er mogelijkheid tot thuiswerk (1 - 2 dagen/week).
