Jouw rol als Digital & CRM Expert We zoeken een Digital & CRM Expert die onze digitale marketingmachine én customer data landschap naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze rol bouw je een diep inzicht op in ons CRM systeem, stuur je onze digitale marketingkanalen aan en help je mee bouwen aan de evolutie van onze website tot een echte omnichannelplatform. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-on uitvoering. Je laat ons digitale marketing ecosysteem optimaal presteren, je vertaalt data naar actie en je verfijnt voortdurend de online customer journey. Kortom, je speelt een essentiële rol in de groei van onze marketing- en salesorganisatie. Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch marketingteam en rapporteert aan onze Marketing Manager. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je begrijpt en optimaliseert het datamodel in ons CRM-systeem (D365). Je analyseert klant- en gedragsdata en bouwt slimme, doelgerichte segmenten voor e-mailmarketing. Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner van onze CRM-tool om verbeterkansen te identificeren en door te vertalen naar actie. Je plant, voert uit en optimaliseert digitale campagnes via e-mail, social media, SEA en andere online kanalen zoals Meta en Google. Je helpt de verdere ontwikkeling van onze website naar een omnichannelplatform vormgeven. Je test en monitort de user experience, volgt buyer behaviour op via dashboards en heatmaps en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen die onze omnichannel journey en brand discovery versterken. Je begrijpt hoe data stroomt tussen CRM, websites en andere digitale tools. Je weet waar je relevante informatie vindt en analyseert bezoekcijfers, conversie en klantgedrag. Je vertaalt inzichten naar verbeteracties. Je bouwt en onderhoudt marketing automation-flows en lead nurturing journeys. Je bewaakt consistentie in onze online aanwezigheid en merkbeleving. Wie ben jij en wat breng je mee? Bij Trademart hanteren we een no-nonsense mentaliteit: zeg wat je doet en doe wat je zegt. Als jij je thuis voelt in een resultaatgerichte omgeving waar je echt de handen uit de mouwen steekt, dan pas je helemaal bij ons. Authenticiteit vinden we cruciaal. Daarnaast heb je een sterke interesse in retail en: Je hebt een diploma in marketing, communicatie of business. Je hebt minstens 7 jaar relevante, professionele ervaring, waarvan minstens 3 jaar in digital marketing & CRM, idealiter in een B2B-omgeving. Je voelt je thuis in CRM-systemen en marketing automation tools. Je kan overweg met websitebeheer (CMS, SEO, GEO, UX) en digital advertising (Google, Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads...). Je denkt in data. Je werkt vlot met tools zoals GA4 en gebruikt Excel om data te laten spreken en gerichte verbeteringen te sturen. Je communiceert helder en je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams. Je werkt proactief, gestructureerd en met een sterk gevoel van ownership. Je houdt projecten on track en bewaart de vooruitgang. En misschien nog het belangrijkste: je houdt van een werkomgeving waarin je ruimte krijgt om je rol mee vorm te geven, initiatief te nemen en onze marketing activiteiten naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
