FunctieomschrijvingBen jij op zoek naar een boeiende functie binnen eeninternationale organisatie waar je jouw logistieke expertise kuntinzetten en verder ontwikkelen? Wij bij Facil Europe zijn op zoeknaar een Customer Planner voor onze vestiging inGent.
In deze rol kom je terecht in eenklein, hecht team van 3 Customer Planners en 2 Supplier Planners,onder leiding van de Branch Manager. Je speelt een sleutelrol inhet beheren van klantorders en het coördineren van de logistiekeprocessen, zowel intern als extern.
Jouwverantwoordelijkheden:
- Je beheertklantenvraagstukken en zorgt voor de tijdige verwerking vanbestellingen bij leveranciers
- Je houdttoezicht op de logistieke flow, inclusief inbound en outboundprocessen, en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie tussenverschillende afdelingen
- Je optimaliseert desupply chain, bewaakt voorraadniveaus en zorgt voor een efficiënteafhandeling van bestellingen
- Je speelt eenactieve rol in het oplossen van eventuele problemen en zorgt vooreen klantgerichte benadering
- Een bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in een logistiekerichting
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in customerplanning (schoolverlaters komen niet in aanmerking)
- Kennis van logistieke processen (inbound, outbound,palletbeheer, douane, enz.)
- Ervaring met SAPis een grote meerwaarde
- Je hebt een hands-onmentaliteit en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je hebtuitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands alsEngels
- Je bent stressbestendig, werkt goedonder druk en blijft georganiseerd, zelfs wanneer het drukis
- Een uitdagende rol binnen eeninternationale organisatie met ruime groeimogelijkheden
- Aantrekkelijk salaris: tussen €3000 - €4000 bruto permaand, afhankelijk van ervaring
