Dispatcher / Customer Service

Als Dispatcher ben jij de spil in onze dagelijkse logistieke operatie. Je coördineert de planning en aansturing van 4 chauffeurs, en zorgt ervoor dat alle zendingen efficiënt en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de customer service: het aanspreekpunt voor klanten én collega's uit het magazijn, de projectmarkt, de groothandel, de toonzaal en de buitendienst.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Logistieke coördinatie: Je stelt de dagelijkse planning en routes voor de chauffeurs op en monitort de voortgang van leveringen. Waar nodig stuur je bij om efficiëntie en punctualiteit te garanderen.
- Wagenparkbeheer: Je zorgt voor het onderhoud en de operationele inzetbaarheid van het wagenpark.
- Klantcontact: Via telefoon en aan de balie geef je klanten professionele en accurate informatie over onze producten en diensten.
- Orderbeheer: Je verwerkt orders, volgt levertermijnen en betalingen op, en behandelt klachten op een oplossingsgerichte manier.
- Digitale vaardigheden: Je hebt een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office, met name Outlook, Word en in beperkte mate Excel.
- Taalvaardigheid: Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Multitasker: Je kunt soepel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs in een dynamische en drukke omgeving.
- Stressbestendig: Je weet kalm en oplossingsgericht te blijven, ook tijdens piekmomenten of stressvolle situaties.
- ERP-ervaring: Een eerste kennismaking met een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- Teamspeler met oog voor detail: Je werkt nauwkeurig en draagt graag bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
