French, Dutch and English Speaker At least 8 years exp. Job description : You translate high level business and customer needs into feasible functional solutions in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and other IT-colleagues, while respecting technology standards, non functional requirements, architecture guidelines, security requirements, regulatory requirements and compliance standards. You build transversal domain knowledge in banking operations, products, and services. You lead the project(s) in a professional way, keeping quality high, scope stable, planning on schedule and budget under control. You coordinate and follow-up on functional analysis, technical design, build, IT tests, business tests and user acceptance. You help the team to overcome obstacles impacting smooth project lifecycle. You organize for proper release deployment. You collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, other teams and management, and ensure overall alignment. You follow-up on the run of our systems in PRD, and support and guide the team during incidents. Goals and deliverables Technical Knowledge : Mainframe (Cobol, JCL, DB2, MQ) knowledge is a clear advantage. Cloud experience is not absolutely necessary but is certainly an asset since some projects/systems are/were/might be developed in hybrid architecture (mainframe + Azure Cloud) Functional Knowledge : General banking knowledge. Specific experience with payments domain or customer referential domain is an asset. Soft skills : Autonomous. Critical mindset. Effective communicator. Flexible. Proactive. Problem solver. Very good command of English, next to Dutch and French.
