Voor een grote retailspeler in regio Brussel zoeken we een consultant IT Project Manager die end-to-end applicatieprojecten trekt en het verschil maakt waar het telt bij de eindklant op de winkelvloerJe werkt aan pilootprojecten rond nieuwe checkout-oplossingen, elektronische prijslabeling en plannings- en store-tools… projecten die breed uitgerold worden dus. Je zit dicht op de business en schakelt rechtstreeks met senior en higher management.Dit is een rol voor iemand die graag impact maakt, beslissingen durft nemen en zich thuis voelt in een omgeving waar tempo, complexiteit en ownership samenkomen.Met andere woorden; een TOP opdracht Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:Zorgen voor duidelijke, goed gedocumenteerde afspraken tussen de business, IT-stakeholders en externe leveranciersRegelmatig communiceren van de voortgang van projecten naar alle betrokkenen, zodat iedereen steeds op dezelfde lijn zitAansturen van een dynamisch projectteam, met aandacht voor efficiënte samenwerking tussen verschillende partijenHet strikt bewaken van de projectscope en voorkomen van scope creepZorgen voor de oplevering van kwaliteitsvolle resultaten en fungeren als ambassadeur van het project binnen de organisatieWat we zoeken:Senior-ervaring in een zuivere rol als IT projectmanager (belangrijkste)Ervaring met het leiden van grootschalige IT-projecten met stakeholdermanagement aan de business-zijdeIn staat om projectgovernance en validatiepaden uit te werken met meerdere business units met een gestructureerde aanpakExceptionele communicatievaardigheden à een gezonde dosis aan EQ is zeker gewenstErvaring met de Waterfall-methodiek voor projectmanagementVloeiend in zowel Engels als Nederlands.Retail ervaring?
