Dan is deze rol als Technical Teamleader – Service Desk iets voor jouWe zijn op zoek naar een hands-on teamleider die het administratieve service desk team aanstuurt en tegelijkertijd een kritische blik werpt op de technische aanvragen van field service techniekers. Je fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen techniek, administratie en klant en draagt bij aan een optimale uitvoering van servicecontracten.Als Technical Teamleader – Service Desk combineer je operationele taken met leiderschap en procesoptimalisatie: Aansturen en coachen van het administratieve service desk team om offertes tijdig en correct uit te sturen Structureren van werkprocessen binnen het admin team en zorgen voor een efficiënte workflow Analyseren van binnenkomende serviceaanvragen van techniekers en beoordelen van de juistheid en volledigheid van de onderhoudsrapporten Optimaliseren van serviceprocessen, contractbeheer en follow-up van onderhoudsinterventies Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor techniekers en klanten, met kennis van print & apply of andere industriële apparatuur als voordeel Proactief signaleren van verbeterpunten in servicecontracten en klantafspraken en voorstellen van optimalisaties Onderhouden van contact met klanten en optreden als vertegenwoordiger van de organisatie bij servicegerelateerde onderwerpen Werken volgens de geldende procedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsnormen Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in elektronica, elektromechanica, industriële automatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je combineert technische expertise met leiderschapsvaardigheden en bent een coachende en motiverende teamplayer. Je bent analytisch ingesteld, klantgericht en kan processen kritisch bekijken en optimaliseren.Ervaring met industriële apparatuur en serviceprocessen is een pluspunt. Je bent communicatief sterk, kan teams inspireren en bent flexibel in het aanpakken van uitdagingen.Daarnaast communiceer je vlot in Nederlands en Engels en heb je goede kennis Frans.Je komt terecht in een internationale en innovatieve omgeving met een competitief loonpakket en extralegale voordelen.
