Job DescriptionAs a Financial Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in the coordination and execution of operations linked to finance activities.
QualificationsYour mission:
- Managing invoices, billing, and cash flow
- Tracking time records and verifying accuracy
- Handling expense claims and supplier management
- Coordinating external contractors
- Supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assisting in monthly closing and revenue recognition
Your profile:
- Very accurate worker
- A hands-on and structured work approach
- A proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Likes to work with numbers
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or financial role
- Strong Excel skills is a plus
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French
