Then this position is for you.As an Operations Officer, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational control and supporting internal and external stakeholders within our ecosystem:Build side:Provide ad-hoc support on operational and transversal projectsContribute to reporting, documentation, and process improvementsSupport teams by ensuring clear communication and workflow alignmentAssist with data analysis and preparation of follow-up materialsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operationsRun side:Ensure day-to-day operational support and controlAct as the first line of support, handling client inquiries and issues via phone callsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsManage incidents and operational issues, ensuring timely resolutionGuarantee business continuity and customer satisfactionPrepare and maintain operational reportsThis is your backgroundYou have at least 1 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or support role. You enjoy helping people, solving problems, and improving processes.
