**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Binnen de afdeling Business Solutions staat het team Operations Support Non-Life Insurance in voor de kwaliteit en stabiliteit van alle Non-Life applicaties voor alle interne en externe gebruikers. We zijn voor dit team op zoek naar een **Support Officer First Line**:

- Je geeft eerstelijnsondersteuning aan alle interne en externe gebruikers van het makelaars
- en bankkanaal.
- Je verzorgt om beurten de permanentie voor de support aan de makelaars.
- Je biedt ook ondersteuning aan makelaars voor de producten van Employee Benefits, Life en Health Care.
- Je voert operationele taken uit die zijn toegewezen aan Operations Support Non-Life.
- Je neemt deel aan de tests van de Business Solutions-entiteiten.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en een passieve kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de praktische aspecten van beheertoepassingen die in verzekeringen Non-Life worden gebruikt.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in informatica en kent enkele pc-toepassingen.
- Klanten en resultaten komen altijd op de eerste plaats. Je houdt ervan om problemen op te lossen.
- Dynamiek, flexibiliteit en pro activiteit zijn jouw sterke punten.
- Je legt gemakkelijk contacten en kan vlot communiceren.
- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs (niet-universitair) of een gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.
