En tant que Support It:

- Vous êtes le **support informatique de 1ère et 2ème ligne** pour les utilisateurs finaux
- Vous **installez** et **configurez du matériel** et des logiciels clients (PC, smartphones, tablettes, imprimantes...)
- Vous faites** l’enregistrement** et le **suivi de tout le matériel informatique** dans le système de gestion
- Vous **partagez vos connaissances et votre savoir faire** avec vos collègues

**Profil et compétences**:
**Vos atoûts**:

- Vous êtes** **parfaitement** bilingue français/néerlandais**:

- Vous justifiez d'**au moins 5 ans d'expérience** dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous êtes passionné par le** secteur IT**.
- Vous êtes **orienté solutions**, de nature **calme** et **à l'écoute** pour guider au mieux vos collègues
- Flexible et disponible, vous êtes **titulaire d'un permis B **vous permettant de vous déplacer dans les différentes filiales en Belgique.
- Vous vous montrez **proactif** et orienté solutions
