Notre client, acteur de renom dans le secteur de l'immobilier, recherche, dans le cadre d'une création de poste, un(e) Administrative and Finance Officer (F/H).
Les principales missions du/de la candidat(e) seront les suivantes :
Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Administration :
- Gestion des contrats de l'entreprise (prestataires, fournisseurs, etc.) et suivi de leur conformité.
- Suivi des comptes bancaires, gestion des relations avec les banques et l'expert-comptable.
- Administration des salaires : gestion des fiches de paie, des congés, des arrêts de travail des employés via le secrétariat social, et traitement des paiements.
- Approvisionnement en fournitures de bureau pour les différents services.
- Support administratif et gestion des tâches quotidiennes (office management) pour le Directeur Général.
Gestion des Factures et des Paiements :
- Saisie, validation et paiement des factures fournisseurs et clients, avec imputation analytique dans le logiciel de gestion comptable.
- Émission, envoi, suivi et recouvrement des factures de vente et de location auprès des clients.
- Préparation et exécution des virements bancaires.
- Gestion des prélèvements automatiques et des encaissements.
- Réponse aux questions des fournisseurs et des services internes concernant les paiements.
- Veille au respect des procédures internes et des réglementations en vigueur pour garantir la conformité des paiements.
- Participation à l'implémentation de nouveaux outils de gestion ou d'amélioration des processus.
Suivi de la Trésorerie et du Budget :
- Supervision et analyse des flux de trésorerie : suivi quotidien de la trésorerie pour anticiper les besoins financiers.
- Réconciliation des relevés bancaires et résolution des anomalies bancaires.
- Prévision des besoins en trésorerie et gestion des flux financiers.
- Suivi rigoureux du budget et gestion des éventuels dépassements.
