Als internal strategic consultant help je Belfius groeien door een impact te creëren op strategische transversale projecten die gekoppeld zijn aan de strategie van Belfius.

De job in een notendop

Je maakt deel uit van een jong dynamische en strategische pool van interne 'consultants'.
Volgens de behoeften die er zijn in de verschillende directies, neem je de lead op strategische projecten die gekoppeld zijn aan de strategie 2030 van Belfius en dit in één van de strategy en corporate office van de directieleden.
Je krijgt de opportuniteit om 6 à 18 maanden te werken op een missie/project waarbij je een duidelijke impact zal moeten creëren en het project tot een goed eind zal moeten leiden. Vervolgens evolueer je verder naar andere strategische, transversale projecten.
Zo kom je in contact met de verschillende expertises en métiers van de bank en de verzekeringen en verruim je je blik op de uitdagingen van een moderne, innovatieve bankverzekeraar met een authentieke, warme, ondernemende en klantgerichte bedrijfscultuur.
Dankzij deze verschillende ervaringen, maakt dit jou ook een ideale kandidaat om op termijn, na enkele missies, de verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over een bepaalde domein of team in één van de directies.
Doorheen deze missies, wordt je ook van dichtbij opgevolgd door HR om je met behulp van interne en externe ad hoc (al dan internationale) opleidingen, een extra ruggensteun te bieden in je ontwikkeling.
Een ideale next step dus als je in de consultancy gestart bent en graag je pad verderzet in een bedrijf waar je verder zult kunnen doorgroeien dankzij de verschillende ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden en waarbij een goede werk-privé balans mogelijk is

Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn

We zoeken vooral iemand met een eerdere consultancy achtergrond van minimum 2 à 3 jaar die tal van missies gerealiseerd heeft in verschillende domeinen of sectoren.

Daarnaast zoeken we de volgende competenties:

  • Een Master diploma.
  • Een duidelijke en motiverende communicatiestijl, met het vermogen om te aligneren met stakeholders van diverse achtergronden.
  • Een analytische ingesteldheid met het vermogen om complexe informatie te begrijpen en te verwerken tot actiegerichte strategieën.
  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden met het vermogen om structurele veranderingen teweeg te brengen in diverse lagen van de organisatie.
  • Sterke ervaring in project management, met een focus op succesvolle oplevering van projecten binnen het vooropgestelde tijdschema.
  • Een nieuwsgierige open en ambitieuze mindset.
  • Eerdere projectmethodologie certificaties is een pluspunt.
