Job Title: Life Insurance Business AnalystContract Duration: 05/01/2026 - 30/06/2026Location: Brussels, BelgiumWork status: HybridLanguages: English, Dutch or French Client is seeking TWO Life Insurance Business Analysts within the Life Insurance division to join the "BUSINESS CHANGE & MONITORING" team to support the portfolio migration project or commercial development projects. This team of 10 people, specialised in individual and collective life insurance, consists of three types of functions: Actuaries, Business Analysts, and testers.Your Responsibilities:Based on your profile, the project aims to migrate individual life insurance policiesAnalysisAnalyse product and process differences of the source system vs the target in the context of life insurance policies migrationDefine associated requirements and formalise them according to defined quality standards.Identify the process impacts of the migration of individual life insurance policies.Ensure understanding between the business and IT.TestingPrepare and execute process and calculation tests.MonitoringAct as an intermediary between business and IT teams.Provide regular reporting on the progress of your activities.Please make sure that effective collaboration with numerous stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) and develop a trusting relationship with your clients and suppliers.Your Profile:Imperative knowledge of individual life insurance products and processesImperative knowledge in "Classique" productsKnowledge of life insurance migrationsProven successful experience as a Business Analyst.Strong commitment to project quality and deadlines. A "can-do" attitude and flexibility.Autonomous and proactive in finding solutions to obtain necessary information.University degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.Familiar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.Proficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.Structured, organised (good priority management), and pragmatic.Strong adaptability and learning ability.Detail-oriented while capable of finding the effective level of abstraction based on context.Effective communication with all audiences (actuaries, IT experts, management, etc.).Client and results-oriented.
