NTT Data is currently looking for **a Life Senior Business Analyst** for one of our clients in Brussels. **Your responsibilities**: The consultant will be assigned mainly to the portfolio migration project in the field of individual life insurance. **Analysis** - Identify gaps - Collect business needs (sales, experts, actuaries, operations and legal) & formalise them in the defined qualitative standards; - Take into account actuarial inputs, challenges and translate them into requirements for IT - Mastering process modelling and performing optimisations - Ensure the completeness & quality of the functional analysis performed by IT; **Testing** - Prepare the test strategy, test plan & test scenarios and formalise them in the defined quality standards; - A large part of the tests will be based on testing of actuarial calculations - Execute the tests and/or do the test management (depending on the project needs); **Follow-up** - Act as intermediary between the business & IT teams; - Regularly report on the progress of your activities; Ensure effective collaboration with the many stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution,...) & develop a relationship of trust with your customers and suppliers; The Analyst could be assigned to different projects (potential) depending on their skills: - Individual life portfolio migration project - Legal compliance of our processes or reporting (both in "Individual Life" and "Group Life", depending on priorities). **Your profile**: **Knowledge of life insurance and/or migration is mandatory** **Ability to understand and test mathematical (actuarial) calculations** You know how to commit yourself strongly to your projects in order to respect the quality and deadlines requested. You are pragmatic. You are efficient and know how to work under pressure when necessary. You have a university degree in economics or business (or equivalent through experience); You can demonstrate 5 to 8 years experience in the financial sector (ideally in the life insurance world); You can demonstrate a first successful experience as a business analyst and tester in projects that have resulted in IT developments; You are familiar with at least one standard project management methodology You are familiar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology; You are familiar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodology; You have applied process modelling and/or requirement monitoring tools; You are not afraid to execute business tests on frontend and backend (mainframe type); You are structured, organised (good priority management) & pragmatic. You have a strong capacity to adapt and learn As an analyst, you are detail-oriented, while being able to find the right level of abstraction according to the context; You are client oriented and results oriented. You are fluent in French and English.
