Welkom bij team communicatie We zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde en creatieve medewerker om ons team te versterken. Deze vacature biedt jou de kans om dit te doen in nauwe samenwerking met enthousiaste parlementsleden en teamleden. Ons team communicatie bestaat uit 12 medewerkers, onder wie twee voltijdse digital creatives. De dagelijkse aansturing gebeurt door de social content manager. Je leidinggevende is de politiek directeur.

Wat is het doel van de functie?

Het uitvoeren van de social content planning, om zo het online bereik van de partij en haar voorzitter te vergroten, en zo te zorgen voor duidelijke en toegankelijke communicatie over de inhoudelijke en strategische partijlijnen, en het gewenste imago op social platformen van de partij te realiseren.

Wat houdt het werk in?

Productie online content:

  • Je verzorgt de montage en nabewerking van video- en fotomateriaal.
  • Je fotografeert en filmt onze politici.
  • Je zorgt voor visuals, video's en bijhorende teksten.
  • Je vindt originele insteken om onze boodschappen te verspreiden en het bereik van onze posts te vergroten.
  • Je doet de regie en creëert beeldcontent (foto en video) voor social media, die onze politieke visie en boodschappen op een creatieve manier in de kijker zet.

Het maken en verspreiden van content op onze social media:

  • Je vertaalt ons narratief en de politieke lijn op een toegankelijke manier op de social media kanalen van Groen en op de social media van de voorzitters.
  • Je zorgt voor online content die de positionering en het gewenste beeld van Groen uitdraagt in lijn met de afgesproken brand guidelines en tone of voice van Groen en de voorzitter.
  • Je zoekt naar extra creatieve insteken in de actualiteit om onze strategische boodschappen en campagnenarratief via virale content op social media kracht bij te zetten.
  • Je werkt samen met externe bureaus, influencers, tijdelijke medewerkers en freelancers in functie van de operationalisering van creatieve campagnes.
  • Je brengt politieke verhalen zo eenvoudig, scherp en visueel mogelijk en bereikt daarmee een zo breed mogelijk publiek.
  • Je evalueert hoe je content gewerkt heeft en stuurt op basis van de data analyses bij waar nodig.

Ondersteunen van de visuele communicatie:

  • Je ontwikkelt mee fysieke visuele producten zoals gadgets, kledij en/of drukwerk volgens de brand guidelines van de partij.
  • Je design (online) content van A tot Z: creatieve brainstorm, concept, design en oplevering.
  • Je verbetert mee het design en UX van onze website.
  • Je geeft input en advies aan de gezichten van de partij bij het maken van scherpe boodschappen die kunnen werken op sociale media.
  • Je zorgt voor vorming over sociale media naar vrijwilligers, parlementsleden en medewerkers zodat de communicatie van alle partijgeledingen maximale impact heeft.
  • Geplande weekendpermanentie in beurtrol.

Je bouwt samen met alle parlementsleden en medewerkers van Groen aan de politieke beweging.

  • Je bent deel van het Groen-team en neemt samen met je collega's team-overschrijdende taken op en helpt collegiaal.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het bewaken en positief uitstralen van het imago van Groen en het betrekken van leden en vrijwilligers.
  • Je werkt mee aan nationale evenementen zoals verkiezingscampagnes, Refresh (onze zomerhappening) en congressen.

Wie ben jij?

Je kan jezelf vinden in onze standpunten en onze manier van politiek voeren. Je wil meer leren over politiek en ecologie.

Je wil samen met ons werken aan een samenleving waar iedereen kansen krijgt.

Specifieke vereisten:

  • Je hebt grondige kennis van de Adobe-omgeving (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, Express).
  • Je hebt twee jaar relevante ervaring opgedaan in visueel werk.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van grafische vormgeving.
  • Je bent creatief en beschikt over een sterke beeldtaal.
  • Je hebt ervaring in het opmaken van drukwerk (eventueel).
  • Je bent creatief met design, foto, web en sociale media.
  • Je kan inhoudelijke informatie naar toegankelijke en duidelijke beelden vertalen.
  • Je kan werken met/tegen strakke deadlines.
  • Je bent flexibel, avond- en weekendwerk (gepland en ongepland) zijn deel van deze job.
  • Je kan en wil steeds blijven bijleren op vlak van design, website en lay-out.
