The responsibilities include developing budget proposals, providing access to project finance information, ensuring contract and grant compliance, and preparing reports.
This involves researching revenue opportunities, analyzing internal operations for cost reduction and process enhancement, and performing risk management. HR operations are overseen by coordinating with external service providers and internal staff. Business performance is monitored using tracking tools, and corrective measures are implemented as necessary. Detailed reports will be prepared for earnings calls, the management team, and the rest of the company.Additionally, managing finance personnel and overseeing financial IT systems to ensure compliance with regulatory entities is part of the responsibilities.

Wat zoeken wij?
5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles
Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
Preferred skills and qualifications
Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
International finance experience
Experience in mergers, acquisitions and investor relations
