Als ervaren matchmaker ligt jouw missie in het bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van toekomstig talent in een warm en hecht bedrijf

Je rol als recruiter omvat het creatief bijdragen aan de bekendheid van het bedrijf in de huidige competitieve arbeidsmarkt, evenals het genereren van een hoogwaardige instroom van kandidaten via digitale platforms zoals LinkedIn en sociale media.

Verder is het jouw taak om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe en diverse rekruteringsmogelijkheden.

Concreet omvat dit:
Actief zoeken naar kandidaten via verschillende wervingskanalen, hen benaderen en enthousiasmeren.

Het beheren van de kandidatendatabase en vacaturelijsten, en het rapporteren aan interne recruiters.

In een tweede fase werk je samen met twee andere talentrecruiters aan het volledige wervings
- en selectieproces van onze vacatures. Dit omvat het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken, overleg met leidinggevenden en het onderhandelen over salarissen. Kortom, je zorgt voor een positieve ervaring en begeleiding voor de kandidaten.

**Profiel**

Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in recruitment, andere HR-ervaring is een pluspunt.

Bewezen ervaring met het gebruik van LinkedIn en andere sociale mediaplatforms voor het werven van talent.

Je bent een echte teamspeler die ook goed zelfstandig kan werken.

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om sterke relaties op te bouwen.

Een echte hunter/sourcer ben jij. Opgeven staat niet in jouw woordenboek

Onsite aanwezigheid vereist

Minimaal 3 dagen per week.

Startdatum: Zo spoedig mogelijk.
