- Verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden of oplossen van vragen van de bestuurders in first time resolution
- Ik luister actief naar de bestuurder
- Ik analyseer de vraag, het probleem, de klacht,
- Ik bied zo snel mogelijk een oplossing
- Ik peil naar de tevredenheid van de contactpersoon of bestuurder met de vooropgestelde oplossing
- Verantwoordelijk voor de kwalitatieve intake (registratie) van alle vragen
- Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de mobiliteit van de bestuurder (vervangwagen, aanloopwagen)
- Mede verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de datakwaliteit van onze bestuurders
- Ik zet me in voor een constructieve en positieve samenwerking met andere afdelingen

**Profiel**:
- een relevante commerciële ervaring achter de rug waarbij telefonische commerciële klantencontacten, problem solving, kwaliteit en snelheid belangrijk waren
- De ervaring is opgedaan in een dienstenbedrijf
- De kandidaat draagt service excellence hoog in het vaandel
- Vlot drietalig (NL-FR-ENG)
- flexibel en creatief in zijn functie waar hij verschillende facetten van het leasinggebeuren dient te beheersen
