**Latcho is een ambitieus bedrijf met een hecht team van enthousiaste en gepassioneerde filmmakers, met meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in de productie van branded content films. We zijn in een groeifase beland en daarom zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een producer M/V/X om ons team te versterken.

**Taakomschrijving**:
Jouw pluspunten op werkvlak:

- Je neemt briefings zelfverzekerd en accuraat aan en weet ze eenvoudig en duidelijk over te maken aan het team.
- Je weet met gemak een diversiteit aan film
- en fotoprojecten te managen en spart graag met opdrachtgevers over hun wensen en weet hen hierbij goed te adviseren.
- Je hebt supersterke organisatie skills
- Je bent commercieel scherpzinnig, vindt het uitdagend om nieuwe opdrachten binnen te halen en die niet schrikt van een strakke deadline.
- Je werkt proactief om de bekendheid van het bedrijf te vergroten.
- Je leidt filmprojecten efficiënt en effectief, van de eerste briefing tot de uiteindelijke oplevering, inclusief het toezicht bij de opnames en het beheer van de postproductie.
- Je kan een filmcrew samenstellen in no-time en nieuwe regisseurs warm maken om samen met Latcho fantastische projecten te realiseren.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle projecten correct worden begroot en efficiënt worden gepland, terwijl je ervoor zorgt dat budgetten worden gehandhaafd en aan de verwachtingen van de klant wordt voldaan
- Je levert al het werk af volgens de hoge kwaliteits
- en creatieve normen van Latcho: nauwkeurig, gestructureerd, efficiënt, op tijd en binnen het budget.

**Profiel**:
**Jouw persoonlijke kenmerken**:

- Je hebt minstens drie à vier jaar ervaring als film producer of als projectmanager bij een reclamebureau waar je ook films en animaties hebt gemaakt of hebt een specifieke opleiding gevolgd die jou heeft opgeleid tot producent.
- Je kent veel spelers in de sector
- Je bent een positieve, sterke, empathische teamspeler, je hebt drive en ambitie
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator, je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke en klantgerichte presentatie vaardigheden
- Je bent een vaardige diplomaat die met tact kan beïnvloeden en onderhandelen, terwijl je onder druk het hoofd koel houdt en een flexibele en ondersteunende aanpak hanteert.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van het end-to-end productieproces en van geavanceerde filmproductietechnieken, kits en creatieve oplossingen.
- Je bent hoger geschoold, werkt snel en zelfstandig.
- Je spreekt, schrijft en leest vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels (en eventueel andere talen).
- Je ervaart weinig stress en gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg.
