- Je start in de business line 'Digital Business' waar je als doorwinterde Agile project manager een nieuw project binnen de gezondheidssector zal opstarten.
- Cegeka is betrokken in een nieuw project voor de modernisatie van een applicatie van grote omvang. De nieuwe applicatie (greenfield) zal volledig cloud-native zijn en gebruikmaken van moderne technologieën.
- Dit is een uitdagend project dat veel potentieel heeft. We zijn op zoek naar een ervaren PM die ons kan helpen om dit project tot een succes te maken.
- Je realiseert samen met het team de projectdoelen op vlak van kwaliteit, budget en doorlooptijd; kortom, je neemt ownership en zorgt ervoor dat oplevering van het project gegarandeerd wordt.
- Je helpt mee om onze Agile way of working te introduceren bij onze nieuwe klanten, of je speelt een faciliterende rol bij klanten die hier reeds hun weg in kennen.
- Je stuurt 1 of meerdere teams aan, afhankelijk van de omvang van het project. Je neemt hierbij een coördinerende rol op met continue afstemming tussen de deelprojecten.
- Scopebewaking is essentieel in onze werking: je stuurt hier op samen met de analisten. De voortdurende backlog evoluties bespreken met de klant, de klant challengen bij vragen voor wijzigingen en de klant bewust maken van wat de budgettaire impact is, behoren tot je dagelijkse taken.
- Dit betekent dat je moeilijke issues bespreekbaar maakt met je klant en het team (scope, budget).
- Je bent de key contactpersoon voor je klant en je werkt sterk op het ontwikkelen van een 'trusted advisor' relatie met de project & program stakeholders.
- Je volgt samen met de klant het project op toe over de status van je project in al zijn dimensies.
- Je bent het gewoon om op een proactieve manier project issues & risico's aan te pakken.

- Je bent een ervaren projectmanager die softwareontwikkeling en/of software implementatie projecten in een b2b omgeving tot een goed einde heeft gebracht.
- Je krijgt enorme voldoening van het zoeken naar de business value voor je klant. Je bekijkt dit met de nodige kritische blik en gaat het gesprek met de klant aan.
- Je durft de moeilijke discussies aangaan met je klant rond scope, budget & risico: het spanningsveld tussen fixed price projecten gecombineerd met een Agile werking zijn door jou gekend.
- Je kent de roadmap, doet aan scope & backlog management: dit zijn essentiële elementen om je klant bewust te maken van wat er mogelijk is binnen het beschikbare budget.
- Kennis en ervaring met Agile ontwikkelingsmethodologieën.
- Door je vakkennis, sociale vaardigheden, flexibiliteit en engagement slaag je erin het vertrouwen van onze klanten te winnen.
- Je hebt een helicopterview maar onderschat het belang van details niet.
- Om je team aan te sturen beschik jij over uitstekende leidinggevende capaciteiten. Je bent vertrouwd met het inplannen en optimaal benutten van de beschikbare resources.
- Samenwerken is voor jou een evidentie. Je streeft dan ook continu samen met het team en de klant naar het gewenste resultaat.
- Je kan op een constructieve manier onderhandelen
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel naar het team, de klant, en het management toe.
