**Description de l'emploi**
- Assurez le** suivi de l'avancement du delivery**, identifiez les **risques** et mettez en œuvre des stratégies de **mitigation** efficaces
- Supportez le Business dans **l'identification des livrables attendus** en aidant à élaborer un plan itératif pour atteindre leurs objectifs métiers
- **Planifiez et assurez le suivi des ressources** Business allouées aux initiatives
- **Assurez le** **suivi financier **de vos d'initiatives (budget, forecasts, actuals, ETC, factures)
- Participez aux réunions quotidiennes, aux revues de sprint, aux rétrospectives et autres **cérémonies Agile**:

- **Réalisez les analyses et contrôles de compliance** sur les initiatives
- **Organisez et assurez le suivi des UAT**:

- Assurez une **collaboration efficace avec tous vos stakeholders** dans le but de développer avec eux une relation de confiance et d'atteindre ensemble les objectifs fixés (stakeholder management)
- Contrôlez et évaluez en permanence les performances des activités, en formulant des recommandations pour **l'amélioration des processus et l'optimisation de l'efficacité.**:

- **Accompagnez et conseillez** les membres de l'équipe sur les meilleures **pratiques Agile**

**Le profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master à orientation économique, IT ou ingénieur commercial/ civil, ou une expérience équivalente
- Vous avez **une expérience probante (+ de 5 ans) dans la gestion de projets (Waterfall, Agile ou autre)**:

- Une connaissance de la **suite Atlassian** (Confluence/Jira) est un plus
- Vous possédez de **très bonnes compétences en matière de communication**, tant écrite qu'orale, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
- Vous avez un très bon **esprit d'analyse**, vous êtes particulièrement **structuré et organisé dans le travail**:

- Vous savez travailler sur différents projets / initiatives en parallèle et être capable de prioriser de façon efficace et alignée
- Vous êtes collaboratif, autonome, proactif et orienté solutions
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'autre langue nationale et une connaissance active de l'anglais est un plus
- Une connaissance du secteur de l'assurance est un avantage
