A quoi vous attendre ?

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS EN TANT QUE SENIOR EDITOR-IN-CHIEF AND TEAM COORDINATOR**

Rattaché.e à l'équipe marketing & communication de Wikipower et Online Services (DPG Media), vous serez en charge principalement de la rédaction et l'optimisation de textes, tout en coordonnant une équipe des copywriters. Vos objectifs : croissance du trafic et des conversions en ligne, développement de la visibilité et de la notoriété de la marque en ligne.

Nous recherchons un profil senior, passionné par le monde de la rédaction, qui saura faire preuve d'initiative et d'esprit analytique pour mener à bien les missions qui lui seront confiées, au sein d'une structure souple et agile.

Copywriting - Rédaction et optimisation de contenus écrits (la mission principale):

- Création de contenus écrits (blogs, analyses de marché, fiches descriptives).
- Révision et optimisation de contenus existants, veille média, réactivité aux tendances.

Management d'équipe:

- Gestion et développement de l'équipe de copywriters (internes et freelancers).
- Coaching, évaluation des objectifs, gestion des absences et du planning, coordination des tâches.

Opérationnel et planification:

- Définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie de contenu, des plannings de publications pour le blog et les réseaux sociaux.
- Rôle de support : point de contact principal du département en l'absence du N+1 pour les questions liées au contenu et au contexte de travail.

À propos de vous

**EXPÉRIENCE**:

- Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans dans la rédaction d'articles de blog optimisés SEO. Une expérience préalable dans les secteurs de l'énergie, des technologies durables, de la banque ou des assurances serait un atout supplémentaire.

**FORMATION**:

- Vous détenez un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur, que ce soit un bachelier ou un master, idéalement dans un domaine lié à la rédaction, à la traduction ou aux communications.

**COMPÉTENCES**:

- Vous avez une maîtrise avérée de la rédaction web, en particulier dans la création d'articles de blog, et vous êtes capable de simplifier des concepts complexes.

**LANGUES**:

- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise du français, et si vous êtes également bilingue en néerlandais, cela serait un atout majeur pour ce poste.

**PERSONNALITÉ**:

- Vous faites preuve d'une approche analytique dans votre travail, en combinant cette compétence avec une capacité à raconter des histoires captivantes. Vous êtes proactif, capable de prendre des initiatives, rigoureux dans la vérification des faits, autonome dans la gestion de votre travail et responsable de vos missions.
