**De job in een notendop**
Wat doe je precies als procesmanager:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de visualisatie en verbeteringen binnen de operationele processen van Non-life (bv. Schadeafhandeling).
- Je staat in voor de uitbouw van vaardigheden en kennis rond de processen die binnen je expertisegebied vallen.
- Je analyseert beschikbare data om verbeteringen voor te stellen, maar ook om je collega's beter te ondersteunen.
- Je initieert en coördineert structurele verbeteringen of vernieuwingen. Zo kunnen we de services van onze klantendiensten verder uitbouwen volgens de noden van onze klanten.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met de volgende eigenschappen en skills:
- Kennis en ervaring - Je beschikt liefst over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma en je hebt vooral ervaring met proces management binnen een dienstverlenend bedrijf. Je beschikt over kennis van verzekeringsproducten niet-Leven of bent bereid die snel te verwerven.Daarenboven zijn we op zoek naar collega's met ervaring in Lean (bij voorkeur black belt). Heb je ook ervaring in change management? Dat is alvast een plus.
- Analytisch vermogen - Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan vlot processen doorgronden om ze verder te optimaliseren.
- Zin voor initiatief - Je bent gedreven en onderneemt spontaan gerichte en concrete acties waar nodig.
- Teamplayer - Je werkt nauw samen met de business en teammanagers om onze processen en service continu te verbeteren.
- Open blik - Je gaat ook buiten onze groep op zoek naar inspiratie om onze processen te verbeteren.
- Talenkennis - Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands en Frans.
