We are looking for a temporary support for our Digital team to help us carry out our yearly salary survey.

On a yearly basis we organize a salary survey, bringing together pay data of over 600 companies, which forms the foundation of our reward projects.


The data flows to our online platform:
Korn Ferry Pay.


Our KF Pay platform provides the insights which enable our Compensation and Benefits professionals to ensure reward programs are internally equitable, that they are paying jobs/functions within their organization competitively in the market and that their compensation practices are in line with company policy.


The team consists of enthusiastic colleagues who undertake the sale and delivery of high-grade Human Resources (HR) services to new and existing clients, striving to be an HR partner on a long-term basis.


Purpose of the Position


You are responsible to assist our clients with the correct processing of their compensation data submitted to participate in our yearly salary survey.

These client data files will finally end up in our Pay databases, which endorse clients in their strategic decisions.


You will get the opportunity to gain more insights in the most prevalent reward practices of companies active in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will be able to analyze exposed to different reward structures and learn to understand how our job classification methodology is being applied among different organizations.


Skills and Competencies for the Role

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
