You will be responsible for the end to end process of the Employment Contracts and Freelancer Agreements, Letters, Addenda and Extension

  • Leading the process for new joiner inductions (presentation, welcome packs, buddy system management, followup with newcomers), ensuring HR colleagues are scheduled to run them in turn with yourself, they have the most uptodate presentations.
  • Manage and triage the HR inbox (and, when rolled out, the HR Ticketing System).
  • Provide support and inputs to the ERP and other HR tools.
  • Contribute to the implementation, management and administration of the existing HR processes. Make suggestions for the development and update of current and new policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures for consistency, compliance and efficiency.
  • Support key Employee Relations HR projects as and when required.
  • Work with the rest of the HR team to ensure smooth and regular communications with employees in all regions.
  • Ensuring holiday/leave cover for the role is properly trained and briefed to carry out the tasks.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in Human Resources generalist environment with a leaning to employee contracts OR have worked within an inhouse recruitment team in a role specifically responsible for raising new joiner paperwork and related activity.
  • You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written), additional European languages are a bonus but not essential.
  • You are able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are selfdirected, proactive and have a strong attention to detail.
  • You are flexible and are a team player.
