Dit mag je doen...
- Nee, je bent **geen eerstelijns** helpdesk, integendeel Technische vragen houden we voor ons Operations team.
- Wel zal je nieuwe en bestaande klanten **onboarden** in de werking en het controlepaneel van Level27.
- Daarvoor hebben we goede **planningen** nodig. Die volg je op en pas je aan naargelang onze beschikbaarheid en die van de klant.
- Wanneer opleveringen afgerond zijn zorg je dat de **facturatie** juist gebeurt op basis van de offerte.
- Incidenten gebeuren, en wanneer dat zo is **communiceer** je proactief en transparant en volg je dit ook achteraf met de klant op.
- Feedback van klanten weet je om te zetten in **advies** richting het platformteam over features, improvements en bugs.
- Je weet goed wat de **WHY** van Level27 is en draagt die uit in de communicatie naar onze klanten.

Ook je inside sales-skills komen van pas...
- Samen met het sales
- en marketingteam voer je **campagnes** en acties uit. Nieuwe producten of prijsaanpassingen? Jij weet er alles van.
- Ook **accountplannen** die door sales bedacht zijn voer je met de nodige aandacht uit en volg je op van begin tot einde.
- Je kan behoeften en opportuniteiten spotten en bijgevolg **deals** sluiten op basis van de standaardprijzen.
- Intussen zorg je dat alle inkomende leads ook **correct** geregistreerd worden in het CRM-systeem.

- Je werkt **probleemoplossend**, bent **communicatief** en **positief** ingesteld.
- Je kan écht **luisteren** naar wat iemand vertelt en helpt mensen graag verder in een duidelijke structuur.
- Persoonlijk kan je je sterk **organiseren**. Je weet alle beschikbare resources goed te gebruiken, kan prioriteiten stellen en zorgt dat alles transparant gebeurt.
- Je kan ervoor zorgen dat de juiste persoon met de juiste klant praat. Je weet dus perfect hoe je de **schakel **moet zijn tussen klant en collega.
