We currently have a very interesting vacancy for the position of Customer Account Relations & Support Assistant with our client. You will be responsible for the administrative management of the bank's customer files, opening and closing current accounts, analyzing official documents and checking customer profiles. You will also be responsible for preparing and transmitting regulatory reports, providing official communications to customers and providing customer support.

For this position, our client is looking for someone with a minimum of a bachelor's or graduate degree in economics or business management, as well as a very good knowledge of Italian, English and French.

This 6-month interim assignment offers you the opportunity to work in a small structure that is part of a large group. You will be reimbursed for travel expenses and meal vouchers.

**Description**
- Administrative management of the bank's customer files;
- Opening and closing of bank current accounts at customers' request;
- Analysis of official documents (constitution, statutes, delegation of authority, etc.);
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) activities when opening a current account contract;
- Update customer files (documentation, company data, articles of association, powers of attorney and authorized signatures);
- Checking customer profiles in the HBS system (comparing system access with powers of attorney, etc.);
- Ensure the preparation and transmission of regulatory reports (PCC2, Fatca, SOA, etc.);
- Provide official communications to customers;
- Customer support;
- Updating the bank's website.

**Profile**
- Minimum bachelor's or graduate degree in economics or business management;
- Basic knowledge of case law and/or Italian corporate law would be an asset;
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English, as well as a good command of French;
- Our client is looking for a conscientious, mature, rigorous person with a good analytical mind;
- Precision, organization and autonomy;
- Good communication skills.
