**Service Delivery Manager**:

**Hoe zien jouw werkdagen eruit? We kunnen alvast één iets beloven, geen enkele werkdag is dezelfde**- Je werkt gemiddeld 4 dagen in de week op locatie bij de klant in de omgeving van Brussel. Éen dag per week ben je in aanwezig in onze vestiging in Ieper of Oostende om de collega's te zien, opleidingen te volgen, meetings te volgen,...-
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het contractuele toezicht op de leveranciers en je hebt een gedegen begrip van het Outsourcing, Maintenance & Support Contract, inclusief de naleving van de SLA's daarvoor wijs je taken toe aan Service Engineers;-
- Je anticipeert proactief op risico's, bent het escalatiepunt en stelt oplossingen voor;-
- Je profileert je als een "hands on" en vertrouwde gesprekspartner van je één grote klant;-
- Als SPOC communiceer je en lever je maandelijkse rapporten op verschillende gebieden: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management en Release Management;-
- Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het opstellen van het Run-budget en bewaakt frequent de capaciteitsplanning;-
- Samen met de klant werk je het Service Delivery Plan uit en rapporteer je hierover op periodieke basis;-
- Je volgt de binnenkomende verzoeken/incidenten in de service ticketing tool op.**Onderstaande punten aangevinkt? Bingo**:
- Je bent woonachtig in de regio van Brussel;-
- Je bent vertrouwd met service & SLA management in IT infrastructuur gerelateerde omgevingen;-
- Je bent service gericht;-
- Je werkt gestructureerd: je bent in staat om processen en standaarden te implementeren/aan te passen;-
- Je bent bekend met ITIL framework;-
- Je hebt zakelijk inzicht;-
