Service Manager

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het dagelijkse beheer van het team van System Engineers.
- Het stroomlijnen van de verzoeken volgens de vastgestelde prioriteiten (Demand Management).
- Ondersteuning van de afdelingsleider bij de capaciteitsplanning van het team.
- Fungeren als people manager en leiderschap tonen wanneer nodig.
- Zorgen dat alle partijen zich houden aan de servicecontracten en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Streven naar een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid binnen de entiteit.
- Actieve deelname aan leveranciersbeheer voor technische leveringen.
- Je werkt 3 dagen op kantoor en 2 dagen van thuis.

**Vereisten**:

- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
- Analytisch vermogen met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.
- Proactief, oplossingsgericht en flexibel.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Oog voor detail en bekwaam in het beheren van werkprocedures.
- Kostenbewust en gericht op efficiëntie.
- In staat om te mentoren en coachen.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
- Ervaring met datacenter-infrastructuur, algemene cloud (in het bijzonder Azure) is een pluspunt.
- Universitaire opleiding in IT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
