Afin de développer son équipe en Belgique et prendre un rôle essentiel chez l'un de ses clients, Landis+Gyr est à la recherche d'un **Service Delivery Operator **(h/f).

**Responsabilités**:
En tant que Service Delivery Operator, vous représentez Landis+Gyr en tant que Single Point of Contact (SPOC) pour le client. Vous rapportez au Service Delivery Manager et êtes responsable de la gestion quotidienne du système de ticketing.

Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Assurer le bon fonctionnement des services fournis, le premier support aux incidents et assistance chez le client, conformément au catalogue de Landis+Gyr.
- Gérer le **système de management de ticket**d'un point de vue technique.
- Gérer les activités quotidiennes telles que:

- Le traitement des demandes de service provenant du compte-client assigné.
- Le dépannage des activités liées à la performance du SLA.
- Le suivi et le reporting de la performance des SLA (reporting interne / externe).
- Identifier les incidents plus importants et informer le Service Manager.
- Le suivi des systèmes liés à la fourniture du service.
- Suivi actif des cas et incidents ouverts au sein de l'opération de service.
- Maintenance proactive du système (groupes de lecture, ordonnancement, groupes SLA, etc.).
- En cas d'adaptation de services, réaliser les mises à jour pour maintenir la cohérence.
- Initier les tâches liées au Field Clean effectuées par le client, field engineer ou une société tierce.

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en informatique ou dans un domaine similaire.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et maitrisez le français et/ou le néerlandais.
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un environnement IT. La certification ITIL4 est un atout.
- Vous démontrez une capacité à travailler dans des équipes transversales.
- Vous disposez d'un solide savoir-faire informatique (réseau et connectivité).
- Vous êtes orienté(e) client, bon(ne) communicateur(trice) et vous savez résoudre les problèmes.
- Vous avez le souci du détail et des compétences analytiques.
