Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Manager within PROXIMUS ICT, you will be at the forefront of delivering 'best-in-class' service management, achieving high customer satisfaction across a diverse clientele that includes national and international institutions, large corporations, and medium-sized enterprises.
Your role and responsibilities:
Deliver service management that meets or exceeds the expectations of our external professional customers, in line with SLAs and contracts. Serve as an ambassador, fostering strong relationships and ensuring the most excellent service within the contract's scope. Analyze customer needs and collaborate with account managers to upsell services, driving operational excellence. Act as a tactical SPOC during the operational lifecycle of contracts, coordinating service delivery and initiating improvement plans.Profile
At least 4 years in Service Management, with a track record of managing professional customer relationships. A solid understanding of Telco and ICT solutions (LAN/WLAN, Security, Data Centre, UC) or a strong motivation to master these areas. You possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and are well-versed in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices. If not, you have a strong willingness to learn and become proficient in these critical areas of our operations. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Commercially minded, results-driven, and a team player.
