In het kader van de verrichting van onze activiteiten zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega als Delivery Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor een team van 8 personen in Brussel.
FUNCTIE:
Als Delivery Manager bij D’ieteren Centers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief leiden en coördineren van het leveringsteam bestaande uit 8 personen alsook externe leveranciers. Je belangrijkste doel is ervoor te zorgen dat alle leveringsactiviteiten soepel en efficiënt verlopen, waarbij klanttevredenheid, tijdige leveringen en optimale prestaties centraal staan.
Je zult nauw samenwerken met verschillende belanghebbenden binnen de organisatie, waaronder het verkoop
- en logistiek team, om ervoor te zorgen dat de leveringen voldoen aan de vastgestelde doelen en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Leiderschap en Coaching:_
- Leid, motiveer en coach het leveringsteam om uitmuntendheid te bereiken in hun prestaties
- Creëer een positieve en stimulerende werkomgeving die teamwerk en samenwerking bevordert
- Planning en Organisatie:_
- Ontwikkel en implementeer strategieën voor een effectieve leveringsplanning
- Coördineer de dagelijkse leveringsactiviteiten en zorg ervoor dat de routines efficiënt worden gepland
- Monitor de prestaties van het team en neem tijdig corrigerende maatregelen indien nodig
- Opvolging en sturing van de administratie gelinkt aan het afleverproces
- Kwaliteitsbeheer:_
- Zorg eror dat het leveringsteam strikte kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert om eventuele problemen te identificeren en op te lossen
- Zorg voor een uitstekende klantenservice en los eventuele klachten of problemen op tijdens het leveringsproces
PROFIEL:
- Een bacheloropleiding in bedrijfskunde, logistiek, supply chain management of een vergelijkbare discipline.
- Aantoonbare ervaring in leiderschap en teammanagement.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid.
- Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en een georganiseerde aanpak.
- Kennis van de autosector en leveringsprocessen.
- Vloeiend in het Frans en Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt
