Dans le cadre du déroulement de nos activités, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) nouveau(elle) collègue pour renforcer l’équipe dynamique de 8 personnes de Delivery Advisor comme Delivery Manager.

FONCTION:
En tant que Delivery Manager chez D’ieteren Centers, vous êtes responsable de la gestion efficace et de la coordination de l'équipe de livraison composée de 8 personnes. Votre principal objectif est de veiller à ce que toutes les activités de livraison se déroulent de manière fluide et efficace, en mettant l'accent sur la satisfaction du client, les livraisons dans les délais et les performances optimales. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec différentes parties prenantes au sein de l'organisation, notamment l'équipe de vente et logistique, afin de garantir que les livraisons répondent aux objectifs et aux normes de qualité établis.
- Leadership et Coaching:_
- Diriger, motiver et encadrer l'équipe de livraison afin d'atteindre l'excellence dans leurs performances.
- Créer un environnement de travail positif et stimulant qui favorise le travail d'équipe et la collaboration
- Planification et Organisation_:

- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour une planification de livraison efficace
- Coordonner les activités de livraison quotidiennes et veiller à ce que les itinéraires soient planifiés de manière efficiente
- Surveiller les performances de l'équipe et prendre des mesures correctives en temps opportun si nécessaire
- Gestion de la Qualité:_
- Veiller à ce que l'équipe de livraison effectue des contrôles de qualité stricts pour identifier et résoudre tout problème éventuel
- Fournir un excellent service client et résoudre les plaintes ou problèmes éventuels pendant le processus de livraison

PROFIL:

- Un diplôme de bachelier en gestion d'entreprise, logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou une discipline similaire.
- Une expérience démontrée en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et prise de décisions.
- Fortes capacités d'analyse et approche organisée.
- Connaissance du secteur automobile et des processus de livraison.
- Maîtrise du français et du néerlandais.
